Jenna. Mar 29. New Rug, Part 2.
Here’s my new rug in the living room, compliments of Photographer Colby. And the contents of the cabinets underneath the tvs. [lots of electronics on the left, toys on the right.]

Jenna. Mar 27. Busy Day.
Today we spent the day doing the following:
- going to Colby’s soccer game
- retaking Colby’s soccer team picture
- participating in A&M’s Big Event with 4 college students by completely re-doing the front flower beds
- making 4 homemade pizzas
- feeding said 4 hungry college students
- cleaning and dusting baseboards
- hunting Easter eggs at Kelli & Michael’s house
- eating wonderful food made by Kelli & Michael at their house
- jumping on the bouncy-house provided by Kelli & Michael at their house
- having an allergy attack while at Kelli & Michael’s house
- getting a ridiculous [yet extremely fun] amount of sand out of the kids’ bodies and clothes, which came from… Kelli & Michael’s house
So, because of said events, no pictures for today.

Jenna. Mar 25. Date Night Again!
I am loving this regular date night stuff. We went out to dinner with Tim & Kelsey to Cenare’s in College Station. Then they took us to Red Mango, a new yogurt bar in town. I really like this picture of both of us.

Here’s part of my face with part of Carlee’s face. We took this pic in the mirror – she wanted to see the baby on the other side of my phone.
Here’s me and the infamous Amanda!! Also known as my BFF. [OMG I'm 28 years old.. can I say BFF? Or OMG?] We took this pic at around midnight. Now I know why my mom always said she’d turn into a pumpkin after 10 pm… I look so tired in this pic!

Jenna. Mar 23. Being [Green].
Since [green] week was left to our own interpretation, I wanted my last [green] week pic to address something our family tries to incorporate: Making conscious choices to be [Green]. I’d hate to throw the label “environmental” on this, but we are trying to use less, conserve more, and re-purpose whenever possible. [Your basic Reuse, Reduce, Recycle philosophy, just maybe toned down a notch. We do what we can.]
And, speaking of “can” – we are discovering how much less it costs and how much less packaging we use to make orange juice from a can (in concentrate), rather than buying it already made in the store. Wow. I’m headed to Sam’s tomorrow to grab OJ in bulk. [Like any decisions, we weigh the pros and cons, and there are some times when buying the juice in the carton is perfectly acceptable - particularly if I have a great coupon.]
Here’s Colby posing with the OJ he helped me make today. He really loves seeing himself in the camera so he will hardly hold still while I’m capturing the shot. He’ll make a great photographer.

It’s not actually green, but it did come in a [green] bag. Alicia gave me organic coffee beans from Hawaii for Christmas and I’ve been enjoying it immensely.

Jenna. Mar 17. [Green] Day.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day! We went to a playdate today and ate all green food – guacamole, green apples, green Nutri-grain bars, popcorn with drizzled white/green chocolate, sour cream and onion Pringles, green cupcakes, and lime bars.
And the weather was gorgeous outside, so I snapped these -
