Eat Your Heart Out!
I should have just posted this when Kevin took these pics ON Valentine’s Day… instead I’ve had to wait while the computer either wasn’t working or was occupied. But I’m not bitter.
As is our custom for the past 5 years, we spent Valentine’s Day at our house this year. Kevin cooks dinner for me, which is way cheaper and way faster than going to any restaurant in BCS. Cooking is yet another gift of Kevin’s, if only he had the time to explore his talent a bit! I was completely spoiled by dinner, as usual. The pics are completely beautiful but fail to capture the splendor of the meal. Happy Valentine’s Day to me!

French baguettes baked with fresh basil and parmesan cheese
Peppercorn steak with melted blue cheese topping
Spinach salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and dried cranberries
Steamed sweet potatoes with butter and sugar
Milk chocolate dipped strawberries
