Ok so after numerous glances and not so subtle hints, I have finally updated Colby’s gallery with new pictures. For those of you that can’t seem to find the link, it is on the right hand column, just below the archives there. (Edit: I moved it to the top). I did a little reorganization of the gallery, moving all the pictures from the first year into a single album (they are still broken up by month though), and creating a new album for his second year. So, you can stop sending the hate mail and threatening phone calls now….

Oh and just a reminder to all who care to read this… Jenna’s birthday is Sunday. So, don’t forget to call and wish happy birthday. Come by even, bring presents, and cake. We’ll have a party if you come.

And I was just kidding about the hate mail and phone calls. I just throw it away. And I’ll hang up on you if you call anymore.

Dog Days of Summer

Well, Ladies & Gents, I’m afraid it’s “officially” summer in Texas. Last year seemed to be bloomin’ hot, but so far this year, we have been lucky with clear weather, some rain, and some clouds. But now, the luck has run out. 101 is supposed to be the outside temp… who knows what the heat index will be?

It’s really sad that I have the Weather to talk about and nothing else. Gee. How old am I?

On a different note, last Thursday Kevin and I celebrated 4 looong years of marriage. We went to see the matinee of the new “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie and then going to Carter’s Burger for dinner. (I wasn’t very hungry, plus we had popcorn and drinks at the movie! And, I was tired and wanted to go home and go to bed, really.)

Tonight we are celebrating my cousin, Rusty’s birthday. Yay for August birthdays!
