Time for a Colby update
Well I guess its time for an update since Colby is more than 8 weeks old now! So today was Colby’s two month visit to the doctor and it was a doosy. I wasn’t there because I was in Houston, but Jenna gave me al the details. It was time for his first round of shots… Two sets of two in each leg (a total of four for the mathematically challenged out there). Needless to say, the little Booger Bear has been a bit fussy this evening.
At the doctor there was a weigh in… Colby weighs 11lbs 9oz and is 23.5 inches long. He’s not a chubby baby…. pretty tall and skinny. Doctor says that his weight is a little below average and his height is a little above average, which supports my previous statement. Cooper and Colby get along well… Cooper is his same old self though – wild and crazy.
Colby is such a good baby, and so much fun. It is truly a miracle from the Lord that He is able to create life like this. Its amazing to look at him and see likenesses of Jenna and me. I love seeing his confused “Who are you?” look turn into a huge smile. Thank you Jesus.
