Nursery Construction Completed!

Wow so its been quite a while since our last update… We’re going to try to keep things a bit more updated here (yes, I know I have said that before)… but now that the baby is coming, we should have more to talk about. So I spent last weekend at the end of spring break working on the nursery. I am so thankful to have Jenna’s sister Alicia and my good friend Clay to help me out. We also worked on it today and I think we pretty much wrapped it all up… Jenna’s whole family was helping today finish up some painting… thanks to them!

So the room is green, and we put down the same wood floors that we have in other areas of the house… then we put white wainscoating around the bottom with wide baseboards. We think it turned out pretty well! Thanks to Jenna’s grandmother for the curtains and the bedding stuff.
